Well it depends witch screen pack your talking about.  mostly there will be a whole nother mugen so you move your character folder into that and also you move the select.def into it. if your not following me then whatch this video http://youtube.com/watch?v=86EdRbwctnE

Well if you read the How to mugen page Ther is a link to download 7zip. once you downloadf that go to the 7z or rar file that you downloaded and right click on it and go under 7zip and click on extract files here. look to the how to mugne page under how to add characters for more help
